Refund policy

Billing
rippd Pro is a recurring subscription (monthly or annual). On iPhone and iPad, subscriptions are billed through the App Store. On the web, billing is processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record — your card details never touch rippd's servers.
Cancelling
Cancel anytime from Settings → Subscription (App Store subscriptions open Apple's subscription management; web subscriptions open Paddle billing). There's no lock-in: access continues through the end of the billing period you've already paid for, then the subscription simply doesn't renew. We don't prorate or refund the unused portion of a period you cancel mid-cycle.
Refunds
If something went wrong — an accidental purchase, a duplicate charge, or the app genuinely not working for you — email us within 14 days of the charge and we'll help. App Store purchases are also refundable through Apple. Web (Paddle) refunds are issued back to your original payment method and typically show up within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Requests outside the 14-day window are considered case by case.
How to request one
Email guydaane@gmail.com from your account's address with the date of the charge (or the receipt). For App Store purchases you can also request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. For web purchases, the receipt's "request a refund" link goes straight to Paddle.
