Rippd in Claude
Rippd is in Claude's connector directory. Connect it once, and Claude can see your training and food in Rippd and log for you, in the chat you already use.
Add Rippd to ClaudeConnect in three steps
- Open Rippd in Claude's connector directory.
- Connect it, and sign in with the account you use in the Rippd app (or with Google if you're new).
- Check what Claude can access, and choose Allow access.
What you can ask
- What's left for me to eat today?
- Log lunch: 200 g chicken breast and a cup of rice.
- How did my bench go last week?
- I weighed 81.4 kg this morning.
- Add a 30-minute upper-body workout for today.
- Remember that I'm vegetarian.
What it needs
Rippd Pro. A free 7-day Pro trial starts the first time you sign in, and Rippd Pro is required after that.
Your data
Claude only sees your own Rippd account, and only after you allow it. Everything Claude logs shows up in the Rippd app. You can disconnect any time in the app, under Settings → Connectors. Full technical details are on the connector docs page.

Do I need the iPhone app?
No. You can connect and sign in from Claude. The app is where you see everything in one place.
Does it cost anything?
Connecting needs Rippd Pro. A free 7-day Pro trial starts the first time you sign in, and Rippd Pro is required after that.
Can Claude change my plan or targets?
Yes, when you ask it to. It can add, change or remove workouts and change your daily targets, and every change shows up in the app.
Does it work with ChatGPT or Gemini?
Yes, as a custom connector. The steps are on the connector docs page.
Rippd is not medical advice.
