# Rippd

> Rippd is an iOS app that coaches both training and nutrition: live session logging, macro targets that follow your training week, and a coach you can just talk to.

Rippd logs meals from a photo, sets remaining calories and macros for your kind of day (training, conditioning or rest), logs workouts set by set with progressive-overload targets carried from last time, and has a coach that reads your whole week before advising. The coach proposes, and nothing is logged without your confirmation. Rippd is not medical advice.
